History
Since its inauguration in spring 1988, the Deauville St Gatien Golf course has always cherished the History that preceded and created its atmosphere.

We could talk about the inheritance of Templar trees and the ruins of the chapel and walls that run along our Club-House from the 18th century. That same Club-house that has been through out the time an apple press (/ grinder) for cider and calvados, cow house, before becoming this warm and welcoming heart that is the symbol of our club and that keeps the authenticity of the Normandy architecture with massive beams and timber support…

We could also narrate the time when our fairways and our roughs were pasture for sheep and our practice, a large wheat field… But today, it’s all about Golf and History is ongoing…

Come share it with us!
